Return Policy
Hamari return policy bilkul saaf aur seedhi hai. Agar aapko mili hui product damaged (tooti hui) milti hai ya galat send ho jati hai, toh aap usay wapas ya exchange karwa sakte hain. Return accept hone ke liye lazmi hai ke product bilkul un-used (nayi) halat mein ho aur uski original packaging/box aur tags sath maujood hon.
Return Timeframe
Time Limit: Pakistan market ke liye hamara checking time frame 3 din ka hai. Parcel milne ke 3 din (72 hours) ke andar aapko apni complaint darj karwani hogi.
3 din ke baad aane wali kisi bhi return ya exchange ki request ko tasleem nahi kiya jayega, kyunke local couriers iske baad claim accept nahi karte.
Refund Process
Verification: Jab aapka return parcel hamare warehouse (HHC network) mein wapas pahuchega, toh hamari team product ko check karegi aur aapko approval ka message bhejegi.
Payment Method: Kyunke hamara store Cash on Delivery (COD) par kaam karta hai, isliye refund ke paise aapke EasyPaisa, JazzCash, ya Bank Account mein direct transfer kar diye jayenge.
Processing Time: Refund approve hone ke baad 3 se 5 working days ke andar paise aapke account mein transfer ho jate hain aur slip aapko WhatsApp kar di jati hai.
Return Conditions
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- Unused Product: Product bilkul nayi halat mein ho aur use na ki gayi ho.
- Original Packaging: Product apne asli box aur packing (HHC delivery package) ke sath maujood ho.
- No Damage by Customer: Product par customer ki laparwahi ki wajah se koi scratch ya damage na aaya ho.
- Proof of Purchase: Aapke paas order number ya delivery slip ki details maujood hon.
- Video/Photo Verification: Parcel kholte waqt ki choti si video ya tasveer hamari team ko send karna lazmi hai.
